Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the software development services provided by SIA "Sacrament" (registration number 40203729609, Latvia), operating under the brand "Fix My Lovable App" ("we", "us", "Provider"), through the website fixmylovable.app.
By submitting a project inquiry or purchasing a service, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide software debugging, refactoring, development, and deployment services for web applications — whether built with AI tools (Lovable, Bolt.new, v0, Cursor), custom-coded, or using any other technology. Services are offered in three tiers:
- Quick Fix (€99) — 1 targeted bug fix or small feature change
- Deep Fix (€249) — up to 5 issues, basic security check, deployment
- Full Build / Rescue (€499+) — comprehensive rebuild, architecture review, or new build from scratch. Price confirmed after scoping.
Scope is agreed in writing (email) before work begins. Any work outside the agreed scope requires a separate agreement.
2. Process
- Inquiry: You submit a project description via our form or email. This is free and non-binding.
- Estimate: We review your project and reply with a scope of work, price, and estimated delivery time. This estimate is free.
- Agreement: You approve the scope and price in writing (email confirmation is sufficient).
- Payment: Payment is due before work begins (Quick Fix, Deep Fix) or 50% upfront / 50% on delivery (Full Build / Rescue).
- Delivery: We deliver the completed work to your specified destination (GitHub, deployed URL, or other).
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in EUR unless otherwise agreed
- Payment is processed via Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards and SEPA bank transfers
- For the Quick Fix and Deep Fix tiers, full payment is required before work begins
- For Full Build / Rescue (€499+), 50% is due before work begins and 50% on delivery
- VAT: if applicable under Latvian or EU law, VAT will be added to the price. B2B clients within the EU may provide a valid VAT number for reverse charge
- Invoices are issued via email upon payment
4. Delivery & Turnaround
- Quick Fix & Deep Fix: 48-hour turnaround from payment receipt (business hours, Mon-Fri)
- Full Build / Rescue: timeline agreed during scoping, typically 5-14 business days
- If we cannot meet the agreed timeline, we will notify you in advance and offer a revised schedule or a full refund
5. Refund Policy
- Before work begins: full refund, no questions asked
- If we cannot fix the issue: full refund. You don't pay for failed work.
- After delivery: if the delivered work does not match the agreed scope, we will fix it free of charge within the bug guarantee period. If we cannot resolve it, full refund.
- No refund for scope changes requested after delivery, or for dissatisfaction with correctly-implemented scope.
6. Bug Guarantee
- Quick Fix & Deep Fix: 7-day bug guarantee — if anything we fixed breaks within 7 days of delivery, we fix it free
- Full Build / Rescue: 14-day bug guarantee
- The guarantee covers only the specific items in the agreed scope. It does not cover new features, changes to third-party services, or issues caused by your modifications after delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
- All code we write for your project becomes your property upon full payment
- We assign all intellectual property rights in the deliverables to you
- We retain no license, no usage rights, and no copies of your code after project completion (except backups retained for the guarantee period)
- You grant us temporary access to your project (repository, hosting, Lovable account) solely to perform the agreed work. Access is revoked upon delivery.
- We may use the general fact that we completed a project (without identifying you or sharing your code) for portfolio/marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your project code, business logic, and communications as confidential. We will not share, publish, or disclose your code to third parties — except to engineers assigned to your project, who are bound by the same confidentiality obligations.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption)
- We are not liable for issues caused by third-party services (Lovable, hosting providers, payment processors), your own modifications after delivery, or pre-existing bugs outside the agreed scope
10. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate project information and access credentials
- Respond to questions within a reasonable timeframe (delays on your end may extend delivery)
- Not use our services for illegal purposes or to build software that violates applicable laws
- Own or have the right to modify the code you submit to us
11. Termination
- Either party may terminate the engagement at any time before delivery
- If you terminate after work has begun, you pay for work completed pro-rata
- If we terminate, you receive a full refund for undelivered work
12. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve disputes amicably via email. If that fails:
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia
- Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia
- EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Changes apply to new projects only — ongoing projects remain under the Terms in effect when the scope was agreed. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
